As I stated before, new cars do not come with the 12 volt jack that you send with the 360. You need to change that wire to the direct wire and come into 2026 and leave 2010.

We tried multiple times to update the escort 9500ix every time it would fail to load completely we also called and talk to a tech from your company, and and he could not make it load either. We will probably call you tomorrow and ask for a refund on our three year update.
