I wanted to confirm the monitors and set up intention I had would work, so I emailed the team and got a reply back within a day or two (which seems reasonable and makes me feel it came from a human and not a bot, haha). This is not an easy kind of product to buy without seeing it, so having an email or call line was very key to confirming my purchase.

Great. The only exception I have is that with our monitors (LG 45in ultra wide) it is VERY difficult to get it to not point upwards. It would probably be better with a heavier monitor but for ours, it is difficult to get it to be level instead of pointing slightly at the ceiling. So, I guess it’s a little “too good”. Otherwise, it's great!
