Cannot provide a review for a product that was ordered over two weeks ago but still hasn’t arrived!

I am happy with the product (so far, I have barely used it yet) but I would have preferred some better communication from the company. There was no shipping notification or email confirmation and I was left wondering if I was ever going to receive my item (not least after looking at the Trustpilot reviews which concerned me). Even when I did chase it, it took a little while to hear back from anyone.

I originally was trying to buy in. EU site, but it didn't so too switzerland, so I had to sign up again in the. De website. Had issues with the first time code, which got fixed, but just one day later I get another discount if 15 percent to finish the purchase in. EU. Not fair.

I bought a carrier ahead of my baby being born, by the time she was born it was over 30 days since my purchase. Unfortunately the carrier didn't fit and I asked if I could return, even for an exchange so I could get something different. They refused to let me return the item. I understand there is a returns policy but the item is unused in the box and it would have been nice if it didn't go to waste.
