No complaints about customer service, just wish you would have specific weights on the new alpha pro paddles

What a great paddle! You will not be disappointed!!

Engage makes great paddles, on par or above the other top brands, but the warranty and customer service is what makes them really stand out, head and shoulders above the rest. Given the durability issues that most brands strugle with, this is key - and make me stay loyal to Engage.

Always have great experiences with Engage have bought many paddles from them. Shipping and communication are great.

Pursuit Pro MX 6. 0 feels absolutely amazing, very poppy- and forgiving if you miss the sweet spot. Shipped in a box wrapped in bubble wrap, a step up from some of the reviews stating it ships in a padded envelope! Customer service is also fantastic!

Great prompt shipping. Great 30d return policy. I kept my paddle but we had to return my husband's as it was too heavy for him. Engage made it very easy.
