Engage has gone above and beyond to help get me the right paddle for my wants. They also stand behind their product and were quick to resolve an issue I had. They also could have denied a warranty I asked for but didn't . They are great and I intend to be a life long customer.

Paddle quality is great during play. Shipping was a little misleading at checkout. I chose the upgraded 3 day shipping and after having not received it for 5 business days, I was told the 3 shipping days is after the paddle leaves their building which they have up to 3 days to process. This should be more clear at checkout. Paddle has quick appearing cosmetic flaws after playing. The edge guard paint comes off after any contact with the ground which is a bit irritating. So my blue guard is now spotted blue and white.

Easy to order, was shipped and arrived on time. Overall good experience
