Out of the many styles that Pentik offers we like KIVI a lot. Each plate, soup plate, bowl and mug is unique due to being handpainted. All orders on plates and soup plates were handled quickly and with care. Unfortunately the 1st shipment of Kivi mugs wasn't packed too well, so they arrived broken... But this is where I have to give my compliments to the Pentik Service, who have handled the situation well and shipped a better packed replacement in no time. Thank you Pentik team!

I have had a problem with the package as I have ordered som items for a gift for our grandson. The parcel was quite badly ruined during the transportation. I have let PENTIK know this and soon they have sent me a new package all in order. I have only to applaud to PENTIK for their very good custom service but the transportation to other countries isn’t always so careful. Thank you!
