The shipping took longer than expected, so I’m glad I ordered them early, but got them in time for X-mas.

The shipment came quickly, communication with the store was pleasant and sufficient.

Very nice tableware collection! Unfortunately, 2 plates were broken in the first delivery. After contacting customer service, a replacement delivery was arranged promptly and without any further questions, which now arrived. This time everything was fine. All in all, we are very satisfied with the goods as well as the shop and service and will happily buy here again!
