I am 100% sure the results were inaccurate. I found the puppy when she was no more than 4 weeks old. The result I was given were for 5 months prior to when I found her.

I have used Embark dna test before and trusted it, but now I don't. I own a Xoloitzcuintle and the dna results showed 50% Xoloitzcuintle and 50% German shepherd. That would be fine, but what doesn't make sense is all of the family members being German shepherds that live in every different state and country all over the world, and all the dna matches are exactly the same percent. I'm in Sandiego, California, USA, but apparently my dog has a 40% dna match on the opposite side of this country, and a 40% match in Poland or some other country, then 40% matches all the way down. There is no way the dna matches are all the same percentage and all over the world. . . . like we aren't even all in the same country or HALF of the same country. It really feels made up. I'm sad because I used to think this was legit, but I don't anymore. The SAME week I did my dog's dna test, my friend with a Xoloitzcuintle did their dna test, too, and got the SAME results. 50/50 xolo and German shepherd with all the same percentages in dna family relatives. There is no chance. Embark is scamming people.

It took a little longer than I would have liked to get results but they were great with communication and updating status.

I love the Embark Health and Breed tests, but the age test was not worth the money I spent on it.

I would love to give you a review however I never got my sample in my recent order. 🙁
