I DO NOT like the fact you refuse to have phone conversations with us older seniors. I am sure you are missing a great volume of business because of it. We did not grow up with a smart phone on our ear not a computer in our crib.

I loved this DNA test. I did another one for my other dogs years ago and it did not come back with anything that I had expected. But this one came back with just about everything I expected for them.

Embark was a fun and exceptionally informative purchase. The process was easy and quick, with Embark sending updates to let me know where they were on the testing process while I anxiously awaited Oscar's results. I even thought there was a shipping issue (turns out my mail just got forwarded, nothing to do with Embark), but they were super quick and helpful with their replies. I learned so much about Oscar, his health, and his doggie relatives

The swab was super easy, results were faster than expected, shipping a little more annoying from Australia but not a big deal definitely worth it. Loved the results format the breed reveal was really fun

Results claimed my dog was 2 months old, but I've had had her 7 months and she is fully grown. This product is a joke.
