I do wish these were more pliable, but the inserts are pliable and that’s what I’m using. I assume there’s a mechanical/ use reason why they can’t be silicone and mold to your breast more. I love my Elvie!

I use the Elvie as my primary pump. I know it’s unheard of but if you keep a pump schedule then this pump is awesome. You have to have the right flanges and the nipple shields are amazing!!! Did not have them with my first baby.

Highly recommend the Elvie Stride 2 for those with larger breasts-super comfortable to wear and use.
