I had to pay for the replacement parts even thought they keep getting milk in them.

Pump is not working. I paid it for2 months. I was only able, use it for less than a month. I have emailed and I haven't received a response yet. And I really needed to store my milk for my baby. It was expensive, and I would like to get my money's work

Elvie is great, the parts for replacing are expensive and stretch me thin but really love my Elvie stride 2!!

Very disappointed in the Elvie stride. While using the Elvie pump my last pregnancy I had so much success I wanted to try the Elvie stride since my last Elvie pump was used so much and had seen so it’s better days. After using for a month I contacted customer service because my parts had warped and breast milk had started to get in the tubing. I was told to email a picture of the parts and they would get back to me. After emailing and never hearing back I called customer service again and was on the phone for over 40min for them to tell me that the parts were not covered under warranty but needed to be replaced because of the risk of mold. Very disappointed in customer service and the pump itself. Would not buy Elvie stride again.

I have the original hands-free Elvie pump and the stride 2 and they are by far my favorites! I appreciate that both pumps come standard with the 28mm flange sizes as that is the sizing I need. They also seem to have a munch more gentle suction that is still very effective. Now I use the stride 2 as my everyday pump and get the same output as my previous corded pump without feeling so tied down! I like having the pumps all in-bra and the controls easily accessible and clipped on my pants. The only aspect that I dropped a star for is pouring the milk out. It does take some practice and just the right angles to empty the canister without spilling the precious liquid. Otherwise I love these pumps!

Excellent Pump parts that fit easily into my nursing bra. Comfortable and easy enough to clean. Highly recommend and will repurchase.
