This is the most comfortable breast pumps I know. I tried many brands but this one worked for me since I am a full time mom. My last pair was used 3 years and still working great. I bought a second pair so I can have flexibility to use at work with my second child. They are quite, easy to use & clean, and I can multitask staying on call via zoom for work or doing house chores. It was my best investment during the first 3 years of motherhood and I never regret spending $400 (elvie has deals sometimes of $150 off) on this product. I highly recommend it!

Support was 0 help. I was put off and elevated multiple times, but because of the slow response I was told it was to late. I reached out multiple times via phone calls, emails, and the chat box. Chat box never got any response, emails were not answered for days, and the phone calls just kept elevating me saying that there would be a response in 24-48 hours. By the time I was answered I was told it was to late to help. Working with the USPS, but still haven't received my products
