Not happy at all with my product and experience. I need to return but don’t even know how because it doesn’t come with a return slip. I have wasted $600 now because I had to go buy a completely different pump from a different company.

I love this pump. It gives me the same output as my pump that needs an outlet. I feel more free and relax to do what I want without being tied to a wall. Would recommend!

Pump is not working. I paid it for2 months. I was only able, use it for less than a month. I have emailed and I haven't received a response yet. And I really needed to store my milk for my baby. It was expensive, and I would like to get my money's work

Elvie is great, the parts for replacing are expensive and stretch me thin but really love my Elvie stride 2!!

Very disappointed in the Elvie stride. While using the Elvie pump my last pregnancy I had so much success I wanted to try the Elvie stride since my last Elvie pump was used so much and had seen so it’s better days. After using for a month I contacted customer service because my parts had warped and breast milk had started to get in the tubing. I was told to email a picture of the parts and they would get back to me. After emailing and never hearing back I called customer service again and was on the phone for over 40min for them to tell me that the parts were not covered under warranty but needed to be replaced because of the risk of mold. Very disappointed in customer service and the pump itself. Would not buy Elvie stride again.
