Waste of money. I paid for the shower screen to be sent up from Melbourne only for it to shatter all over my lounge room floor

Prompt and easy ordering process. The delivery and tracking details were provided and easy to follow. The screen is of the quality and standard I expected, equal options locally were marginally more expensive.

Love these screens. Second screen was easier than the first. Ordering our third next week. They look great, come with all the parts and fixings. Only complaint is the water bar or hob. Regularly the waterproofing angle will sit above the tile height, both screen purchased do not have a hob or rebated section to fit the waterproofing angle into so an extra piece of aluminium is required.

Website is easy to use, delivery is within a reasonable timeframe and product is just perfect for my new bathroom renovation.

The product arrived intact and was not as heavy as i expected. Installation was relatively smooth just double check your work as the instructions are IKEA style.

Quoted $90 for delivery, was actually $117, can't understand how they can get it so wrong in estimating when they actually ask for delivery postcode.

Quick shipping and arrived with out a scratch. The mirror it self is exactly as described. Really great that it is both free standing and able to attach to the wall! The only negatives: the cord to plug into the wall is quite short, this would not be an issue if wired into the wall. The LED touch point on/off button is bright blue when off, I would prefer no light at all.

It’s okay for the price, comes with no installation instructions and staff don’t seem to know what you mean when asking for them. Got them finally and it’s a few drawings on a page of paper that do not include any specific instructions at all. I had to laugh The screen is great, fits and works well. Bit tricky to install when based on guess work alone haha.

Very good customer service - at the ordering stage there was a follow up call to clarify the measurements and delivery was very quick. There was a problem during installation with a missing part but this was sorted very quickly with the missing part delivered early the next day. The staff member was knowledgeable and had a clear understanding of what was required. Great customer service.
