ordered, added shipping, easy to deal with

Very happy thanks

instructions are so hard to understand. To make it so much easier All the parts should be labelled what they are as some of the trims and screws look the same. 1 whole bag of screws didn’t have the tips on the end they had been made wrong. It took so long to install but it looks ok in the end. Instructions need a lot of work Delivery was extremely prompt

Quick to ship, easy and quick to assemble and a well presented product.

good screen, needs instructions and part numbers on the pieces

Value for money. Quick delivery

Extremely poor. Item was delivered damaged and elegant showers have refused to provide a full refund. Photo evidence provided.

Awesome. Quick, quality product great communication. Perfect.

arrive earlier as expected

Great product just need to provide better installation instructions please.

Fast shipping and great solid product

We haven't installed it yet, but the shower screen seems to be a very high quality, with many components included as standard that we noticed weren't supplied with other shower screens we looked at. . . so I expect we will be quite happy with the finished item once installed.

Aside from the fact that you use Allied Express (very unreliable in regional areas) very pleased overall.

This is the third time I have used Elegant Showers. My bathroom lookes better with this shower screen. 🙂

Elegant showers always provides a great price, fast turn around and a quality product. No fuss easy to work with company.

Waste of money. I paid for the shower screen to be sent up from Melbourne only for it to shatter all over my lounge room floor

easy to buy from and quick delivery

You were the only company that had a shower screen the existing measurements. Shame you only had black though. Created a revamp of the bathroom

Prompt and easy ordering process. The delivery and tracking details were provided and easy to follow. The screen is of the quality and standard I expected, equal options locally were marginally more expensive.

Love these screens. Second screen was easier than the first. Ordering our third next week. They look great, come with all the parts and fixings. Only complaint is the water bar or hob. Regularly the waterproofing angle will sit above the tile height, both screen purchased do not have a hob or rebated section to fit the waterproofing angle into so an extra piece of aluminium is required.
