The product is very good but the instructions are hard to read needs more close up details and explaining on each part

Very bad handling of item. Straps cut into the package n the item placed precariously on a corner pillar. Opened up and 1 panel completely shattered. Asked for a refund. Haven’t heard from company yet.

Buying and installing the Frameless Over Bath Shower Screen Swing Panel from Elegant Showers was easy and hassle-free. The order process was smooth, delivery was quick, and the screen went in without any issues. It looks great and works perfectly — very happy with the result!

We ordered the Square Corner Entry Shower Enclosure Double Door for our complete ensuite renovation. Unfortunately, it did not fit correctly due to an error by our Water Proofer and Tiler. I contacted Elegant Showers for assistance, both phone call and email, although they did try help, they did not seem to have the technical knowledge to understand my problem. I fixed the problem by ordering a 2 Panel Sliding Shower Screen Enclosure Door and using parts from both kits to make to make the Corner Entry fit. I have fitted Elegant Shower products previously without any problems. I am sure that if I had been able to visit the Elegant Shower Show room I would have achieved a much better result.
