The part I received was what I expected. I notice this is probably a knock-off part. I have no objection to this. What I object to is vendors using OEM part numbers and passing the part off as genuine. I feel you should inform us buyers whether the part is genuine OEM or a copy.

My order shipped the same
My order shipped the same day I placed my order. Fantastic service! Sadly, Purolator was a hot mess with my order going to the wrong city, then being redirected to my town but never making it and ending up back at the city depot and attempts to have it redirected to a depot near me failed so I ended up having to take time off work and drive to Edmonton to pick it up. You need to use a different shipper. . . Purolator is the worst. Always a problem with them.

I needed a new lint
I needed a new lint filter for my inherited LG dryer as the felt seal on the existing one had separated from the frame. As I am wholeheartedly embracing the Buy Canadian movement I was loathe to purchase this item from the usual go-to online store (A). A search led me to Electrofiable and I was thrilled to see they had the necessary part in stock. It was reasonably priced even with the cost of shipping. The site was easy to navigate, placing the order was simple and delivery was faster than I expected. I am very happy I found this company and I will definitely use them again if a need arises.
