Fantastic service and warranty support! There was an issue with an oven control board that was not the fault of the vendor. A new board was shipped within hours and the new unit worked fine. Amazing response time and support that is very rare these days. Very pleasantly surprised by the level of commitment to the customer. Thank you Electrofiable!

Thank you for providing the part that we needed. It’s a hard to find one as our appliance is 10+ years old but you have it. The price was reasonanle, shipping was fast, item was packaged safely and they have amazing communication system. Electrofiable will now be my 1st choice for appliance parts. Highly recommended.

Our 10 or 11 year
Our 10 or 11 year old Samsung washer had been struggling to balance heavier loads when spinning. We suspected it might be a cracked spider, so we ordered the spider and bearing kit. The price was good and it arrived quickly. The repair is fairly straightforward but time-consuming as it involves taking virtually the entire washing machine apart to get at the spider assembly. This would have been a very expensive repair job if we hadn't tackled the work ourselves, and it just requires basic tools. There are good YouTube videos that show how to do the job - nothing too complicated but allow several hours and you need 2 people for portions of the dismantling and reassembly. Once we got everything apart, our existing spider was in fact cracked. This was straightforward to replace. Removing the old bearings and installing the new ones took a bit more time and effort. We cleaned everything, put it all back together without any trouble, and now the washer works perfectly. The parts were good quality and we're very satisfied.
