I needed new pairs of contacts but couldn’t find the paper copy of my prescription. I know I just had my eye exam and I know it had not been a full year yet. I knew that I had ordered two pairs of contacts three months ago on Eiyan and wasn’t sure if they kept the prescription on file or if they would be able to help me. I reached out to customer support and they were able to find a solution and help me out. I appreciate the help and support given to me.

These contacts have changed my life, I was constantly struggling with affordability and then I found these contacts which were $1 a box in the beginning and have tons of promotions all the time still! Only down side is that they are extremely thin which is super helpful with comfortability but they can rip if you aren’t careful with them but still super nice contacts , just love feeling like my eyes can breathe even if I’m wearing them.

Please cancel any future orders. Also, if you would refund my money or send me a free supply of daily contacts. EVERY SINGLE contact out of 6 in less than 2 weeks after 1 maybe 2 wears did this!

I ran into an issue with a package being lost in the mail. Ofcourse it’s that time of year so I do not hold Eiyan responsible. They went above and beyond to replace the lost package. They responded fairly quickly and had great attitudes throughout the entire process. I will definitely do Business with them in the future.

My eyes get dry after wearing the contact lenses for a while. After about two weeks of use, they start to make my eyes really dry. I'll still try them out for a bit longer to see how it goes.
