Judy really helped me out today. I moved to a different state recently. Even though I added my new address, I didn’t erase my old one and my package arrived states away. I was seeking healthier options for my contact lenses when I saw a reputable post about this company. Thought I’d give them a try. Not only are they less expensive than my previous brand but they’re also way more comfortable! My eyes stay moist way longer and feel better. I’ve always been told I have dry eyes and to just use drops. Now I don’t reach for the drops much anymore. Their customer service is great too! I rarely have any issues, but when I do, the situation is handled promptly and with kindness.

Was able to contact the service center as my RX has increased. I received a label to send back my unopened lenses for an exchange. It was a very quick process. Thankyou.

I wanted to try out this brand because I kept seeing ads and the prices were good. I've had a decent experience. The contact lenses themselves have been great. The only thing is I wished we were informed somewhere that some contact orders were behind on arrival because of port problems. I wasn't informed until I reached out. I have since change my subscription so we will see how it goes. Overall experience is probably a 7/10.

I really love this company's business model, affordable pricing, and helpful referral codes. They send a generous supply of lenses and have fantastic customer perks. However, the physical fit of the lenses caused severe discomfort for my specific eyes. The lenses would constantly slide around and get stuck deep behind my upper eyelid, making it very difficult and painful to fish them out. Great company, but the universal shape did not match my eye geometry.

The best prices and top notch customer service, I had ordered contacts and then had an appointment, they happily paused my order until I got my prescription updated. Judy was especially helpful in handling this for me. Highly recommend Eiyan Lens!

I have been wearing Eiyan contacts for a while now. I am retired now but when I was working there were long days spent in front of a computer, my contacts never dried out or became uncomfortable. I’ve tried other online contacts and I can’t say that about any other contacts. They have all ended up in the trash. I love that Eiyan now has daily wear or monthly ~ your choice. I prefer daily. (Not only are they great contacts the price is great- not that that is the most important thing about contacts. Your eyes are #1!) Throw away at end of my day and in the mornings fresh new pair. No cleaning or deposits on them. I strongly recommend this company- they care about your eyes and you as a person.

I had recently moved & I had reordered my contacts but I had totally forgot to change my address before doing so. I immediately emailed them & Judy helped me get that fixed right away! They were so fast & kind about it. It was very fast & easy. Now i will be getting my contacts to the correct address & I will be able to see. 😊😊👍

I placed an order but made a mistake when selecting the prescription of one eye. I emailed customer service and they were responsive and helpful. They were awesome and corrected my order for me.
