Usually when I have a problem with a brand and have to go through customer service I’m always skeptical and I hold off, for many reasons in the past. Thank you for being such a great brand and truly representing what a great customer service should be like. Big shout out to Judy for helping me today, assisting my problem, and fixing it asap! Ever since I’ve tried your contact brand I haven’t went back. Thank you for making an affordable product that I need daily without breaking the bank. You guys rock!

It was super easy to pick what ones I wanted and it was super easy to check out to pay and they arrived on time possibly even a day or two early I have a pair in and they are super comfortable and work like they should

She also tried resolve some type of agreement so I would not cancel my subscription with your company. Unfortunately thing could not be resolved and at the long run I still had to cancel. Good price good customer service

Every other company charges alot for contact lenses even with insurance. Once I found out about Eiyan, I couldn't believe my eyes! Finally a good company that makes buying contacts affordable. Been with Eiyan for a couple of years now and never going back!

Liked the idea behind PFAS-free contacts, but these didn't work on my eyeball. The rep (I think her name was Mariah?) was so nice and efficient in handling my issue. Would love to try them again in the future if my prescription changes.

Great Service

The lenses are very good high quality, very soft and won't dry your eyes. They lasts up to one month with the proper care!, i ran into a issue because i moved to a new house and i forgot to update my address, Judy helped me to resolve my issue and even updated my address for me! Thanks Eiyan Lens.

Eiyan is absolutely wonderful places to get your contacts. And so affordable. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I have been going through a rough time in my life and haven't been able to order contacts in months. I have been using the same ones for awhile. So I took a shot and messaged the company asking if they would please send me 1 pair of contacts to hold me over until I was able to renew my subscription. And to my surprise they agreed. I truly am grateful for their help. No need to spend hundreds on contacts with big name companies. Come to Eiyan and they will take care of you and your wallet.
