I placed an order but made a mistake when selecting the prescription of one eye. I emailed customer service and they were responsive and helpful. They were awesome and corrected my order for me. I’m waiting for the contacts to arrive, so I can’t review the contacts themselves yet, but as far as customer service, I am very pleased.

I realized that I had forgotten to cancel my subscription after moving and Eiyan made sure I got my order at my new address and got me back on track

I'm glad I found Eiyan Lens, they are the only company providing third party testing of PFAs in contacts. I think these are safer to wear and also comfortable. I also like that they provide details of their contacts' oxygen permeability for hydration, which is high relative to other options. Judy from support also recently promptly resolved a shipping/delivery issue for me. Thanks!
