Wrong prescription, won’t fix, horrible customer service

Hello, I received my order but I did not get the package in the 2 day delivery window I submitted payment for. Delivery service said to contact you directly about this. Your selection appears you have added daily lenses. I may consider these for a future order.

I have been going through a rough time in my life and haven't been able to order contacts in months. I have been using the same ones for awhile. So I took a shot and messaged the company asking if they would please send me 1 pair of contacts to hold me over until I was able to renew my subscription. And to my surprise they agreed.
