I’ve honestly had such a great experience with Eiyan Lens. One of the main reasons I started ordering from them is because their contacts are PFAS-free (no “forever chemicals”), which is incredibly important, especially when many well-known brands were tested and found to have levels of PFAs, which was honestly shocking and devastating. I actually first learned about this brand through a TikTok review after searching for PFA-free contacts and thinking it never existed until I found Eiyan, and I’ve been ordering ever since. The lenses themselves are amazing; the dailies are super comfortable, and the monthly ones are just as great. You can really feel the quality. Their customer service is honestly top-notch. There was a time I forgot I had a subscription, and another set was sent out just a couple of weeks later when I didn’t intend for it to be. I reached out to them right away, and they handled it so quickly, they refunded me without any hassle, which I really appreciated. I also had a moment where I was concerned because my package got delayed, but I later found out they were closed for Passover. As soon as they reopened, they responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and reassured me that my package was on its way. They were kind, helpful, and very prompt in answering all my questions. Overall, I really appreciate both the product quality and how well they treat their customers. Highly recommend!

Ordered subscription as I tried the lenses (love them) and had wrong address listed (I moved since first order), I was worried as I couldn't manually change. I contacted customer service and issue was immediately resolved with the friendly and professional attention. I was relieved and look forward to my shipment this week.

Not only are these contact lenses more comfortable and easier to put in and remove than the Acuvue’s I used to buy from 1-800 Contacts, but they’re less expensive AND I accidentally had the contacts shipped to the wrong house, and their customer support team SENT ANOTHER BOX to my correct address. I am beyond grateful and would recommend Eiyan Lens to anyone who uses contact lenses.
