Shippin could of been better paid for express shipping and due to FedEx my contacts were stolen left outside my building but company replaced them but not the express shipping so it took longer then what it was suppose to

Hello, I was very satisfied at the service Mrs. Just gave me. I am happy that she listened to my problem and understood the situation. She also tried resolve some type of agreement so I would not cancel my subscription with your company. Unfortunately thing could not be resolved and at the long run I still had to cancel.
