The agent I worked with was very patient and helpful answering all my questions. The net was packed really well. I would highly recommend EGO Fishing.

Working with your company was great

Excellent products, & Excellent customer service!

I should have contacted sooner with thread issues on large rubber net. Finally got it connected to handle. Will be an awesome set up

It was easy to order and I got the order on time. I paid the extra for the UPS shipping versus standard shipping so I could get it in time for my trip even though I ended up not going.

Great for crappie fishing with short or long rods.

This net is a game changer for landing big fish. I don't leave home without it on the boat.

Paid for express shipping but still took 9 days to get. I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon. LOL

Great service and extremely fast order completion

Great service for parts to equipment I bought many years ago!

Great nets. Ordered the medium and large hoops. Will be great for South Carolina inshore and nearshore.

Perfect replacement part. The original only lasted 12 or 13 years. P

Fast easy ordering process

I am very happy with the ordering process and shipping, knew when my product ordered would arrive. Thanks

I received the handle good packaging and fast shipping

Great customer service

I have always been very pleased with my net and was very bummed when I fell and broke it. I was absolutely shocked to find I could buy the piece I broke for just a few bucks! I was so happy in fact I also bought an upgrades extendable handle! Now I can use my net in my kayak or boat.

Fast shipping

Website is OK. I might have missed it but, might be helpful to provide options based upon the fish you are targeting. Shipping was timely.

Great net, I upgraded my net to the rubber basket.
