Shipping was fast and product was of good quality upon receiving it. Maybe some simple directions provided with the replacement net might help some of those that might not be mechanically intuitive.

Parts got to me quickly.

You need a few tools like a robot gun to install the new insert. I’m glad I had what was needed to make the repair and get back on the water.

Yes , shipping was fast. The box wasn't taped to good , it was half open.

Ego customer service was extremely helpful getting my net identified so I could order the correct replacement net. Shipping was excellent and product arrived in great shape

Fast delivery and friendly customer service

Best net I’ve ever owned. How the handle extends and collapses is a game changer

Everything came as expected. Lets hope it actually doesn't break after a few uses.

The cast net connector fit the handle frame correctly. However, it was only pre-drilled on one side with my net requiring the connector to be drilled all the way through. It was an easy retrofit and I chose a stainless steel bolt and nylon nut in lieu of the supplied rivet in the packet. I wasn’t able to retrieve the old connector from the handle (due to failure point) so decided to just drive it down further into the handle. Bought a back-up connector anticipating another potential failure.

Great customer experience. They responded quickly without any hesitation.

Wherever I was talking to on Facebook help me out huge thank you.

Came exactly as ordered, delivered on time. Instructions could use a video link how to rethread new net. Other than that awesome replacement.

Really nice people very professional. No issues with service

Very informative customer service and fast shipping.
