Unfortunately Company's that are doing a good job seldom get recognized. Over a year ago I had purchased an "EGO" fishing net. It's an adjustable net that can be extended. Last week it broke. I emailed the company and in less than an hour they responded. Ask for my address and item # for the net I had. Today a brand new net arrived. No questions asked, no proof that I had purchased it, nothing. I am a customer for life, I HIGHLY recommend "EGO". . .
