Best nets period!!

Everything went according to plan

EGO Fishing is the GOAT when it comes to nets!

Fast and easy.

Called help center She was outstanding

Shipping was good.

Good

The S2 sliding net is an amazing product! Customer service responds and acts very swiftly. Great product and great company to deal with.

The simple fact that they realize their products will wear out and replacement parts are available earns my 5* s.

Worked perfectly

🏆

Good parts but ruined my handle trying to get broken part out

I am in Canada fishing. I have an EGO SE2 slider Net and the pot metal part that connects the handle to the net failed. This Net has been used less than half dozen times I called customer service and they have redesigned that diecast part so that has higher integrity and they are sending me a replacement so be aware that you can get a replacement for that part that has failed in the past. This shows me that they have extreme, Customer Care consciousness, and thus the integrity of their products has maintained its reputation in my mind.

Great customer service

Quick delivery

Great fast shipping

Had an issue with my order that was MY fault. Contacted sales the day I submitted things, my order was updated and although it was more expensive - they discounted my error and upgraded my order for free. On top of that, the products are great and the best nets and handles around.

Great
