The stainless steel material seems very durable and it looks timeless. Durable, sturdy, and an all time classic, and no plastic involved. Better for people and for earth! I wish more companies would make more wise choices investing in a product that lasts, because buying cheaply made items end up costing more in the long run. It’s worth every penny!

My stainless steel containers look sturdy. The leak-proof box has tight clips which will work well to contain food. My three year-old isn't strong enough to open them yet though. Smooth transaction. I appreciated the minimal and totally recyclable cardboard paper packaging as well.

Well packed, came quick

I bought 3 items. Item #1 arrived as specified with its tracking number. Item#2 & 3 were listed as arriving under 1 package (1tracking#). So it was a surprise to receive only Item #2. I thought they missed Item #3. I reached out to their chat and they couldn’t really tell me what had happened. The individual kept telling me they were shipped together. (This was not correct) I then sent an email to their office. (No one ever responded). The individual even escalated my concern and no one ever got back to me. A few days went by and I received Item #3. Totally different package. Online it still shows that item #2 and #3 were shipped together. I’m glad I received my package but disappointed with their service.

The lid of the lunch box I bought doesn't close well, it moves. Maybe it's been designed like that but it was not mentioned on the official website.
