After item was backordered, there were some shipping snafus that further delayed the shipment. However, ecozoi was always quick to respond and provide updates. In the end, they refunded my money but shipped the order anyways. Outstanding customer service--more than I would expect. I would gladly order again!

The Insulated Food Jar that I received exceeded my expectations in every way! The size is perfect and holds just the right amount of food for me to have on the go. It held heat very well and my lunch was still warm when I tried it 5 hours after packing it. I love that the packaging was eco-friendly and the cotton bag and spork that were included are cute as well! I will definitely be looking to expand my stock of Ecozoi products for lunches on-the-go!

I got two 50 oz, 3-compartment lunch boxes for our kiddos, and we LOVE them! The girls (ages 5 & 7) can easily open them on their own, and the compartments hold the perfect amount of food. Even better, they’re completely leakproof—we tested it! I really also love that they are real stainless steel!!! Highly recommend!

I have both the stainless steel large ice cube trays and the stainless steel popsicle molds. Both the products are well made and durable. I love they are stainless steel which is a healthier alternative to both plastic and silicone. The added bonus to this brand is that it is made in the USA and women owned. I highly recommend if you are looking for a safer alternative to plastic

I ordered the popsicle set with stainless steel "sticks" on June 16th is. Today is August 7th and I just received the set. I wrote to them last week asking where my set was and received the reply that they were sorry and I'd receive the set on August 8th. The order before this one was for the stainless steel "sticks". I waited and waited...finally wrote to them. They answered apologizing telling me they were out of stock. The "sticks" arrived within a week of my email. I really like the product....the stainless steel popsicle set ... but the shipping department needs help. They don't even notify you if they are out of stock on something or having a shipping delay. If you write, they do answer in a timely manner. My advice to anyone ordering...write to them 1 week after you order, don't wait. I'm giving them a 3 because of the delivery experience. The products are very nice!
