The customer service at EcoTerra was outstanding. I used their chat feature several times and was pleasantly surprised to find that the same three team members handled all my questions right here in the U. S. , not halfway around the world. Their consistency and attentiveness made the whole experience so easy and personal.

Thank you, Ecoterra, for using natural and upcycled materials! My first ever mattress with 0 off-gassing. We had to leave traditional mattresses with chemical flame retardants shut off in its own room for months before I could use it. This is a miracle for sensitive people. Easy setup, too. No layers to put together :)

Love my new mattress, super comfy, just wish there was stronger fabric on the bottom spring side and also it is a good deal heavier than my old standard type mattress. But I think this is typical for the memory foam mattresses. . Having said that I think it is a good value for an organic mattress and I would purchase again.

The shipping was quite quick, great service, no complains.

Great mattress (king size, firm), have been using it for 2 months, no complains. Feels quite breathable during this summer heat. It came in a compressed roll, but surprisingly it recovered its proper shape within a few hours. It does not damper your moves (so as not to disturb your sleeping spouse) as much as a pocket coil based mattress does, but it is supposed to preserve its shape much better due to the properties of natural latex. One minor complain is that the mattress has no handles on the sides making it a bit harder to change sheets.

I am a light weight side sleeper and the medium firm EcoTerra mattress was hurting my body after just over a years use. Suddenly I was waking up everyday in physical pain. I wasn’t sure it was the mattress until I slept on our ikea mattress guest bed several times and had no pain upon waking. So, I decided to get the 2” latex mattress topper. It has made the mattress more comfortable, but I don’t suggest it for lightweight side sleepers. The mattress topper info page says that the 2” is good for side sleepers, so I went with that one out of fear that the 3” would be too soft. I should’ve gone with the 3” topper. If you’re a lightweight side sleeper, go softer than you think so you don’t end up like me with over $1k invested into your mattress set up, and waking up everyday sore from the mattress being too firm.

It was easy to locate and order on your website, the shipping was fast and the packaging simple, ecological and recyclable. Will certainly return to your site for beds and bed linen items whenever needed.

I didn't know if I could use a cushioned mattress pad with my Tempur-Pedic bed, and had tried others that didn't work so well. So happy I found this topper! It provides just the right amount of soft, cool padding to give me a great night's sleep without over-heating, and to awaken pain-free. The cotton is sturdy, but soft and the topper is fully machine washable and dryable. I highly recommend you try it and see for yourself.

I made the mistake of returning the soft mattress for a firm one, and the firm one is just too firm.
