I ordered the incorrect item - I thought it was a Gel Overlay as it was for a roll-away bed. But the Ecosa Staff were utterly understanding & helpful. They stopped the delivery process & my payment was credited minus the $10 Delivery Fee. I am so grateful - hence my 5-star rating.

We were originally a bit worried about this mattress being too hard after reading some of the reviews and it was firmer than we were used too but after about a week of sleeping on it, it does soften a bit and we now love our new mattress.

Purchased a duvet cover for myself for my birthday, the bamboo is waaaay better than my old cotton covers. It feels so smooth/luxurious and I couldn’t be happier.
