Service was great. Shipping was delayed by the freight company which was a disappointment considering the swift service ecosa had delivered. Worth the wait. So comfortable.

Initially I had slept on one as a guest and It felt comfortable so I bought one. I had tried the plush mattress but found that too soft. It took a few weeks to get used to the firmness but I think it’s just right now. I don’t think there’s much difference between the medium firm and medium but I prefer the medium firm. Keeps the back problems at bay.

Bought the bamboo pillowcase, and I absolutely love the colour and feeling on my skin. Especially sensitive and acne prone skin.
