I started my Echelon journey in January 2020. I've met a few instructors IRL, but none of my bike friends. But, I know they're supporting me just like I do them. I love my Ech gear. Customer Service is responsive. The equipment is great for me.

Echelon Heart Monitor
I love my Echelon Heart monitor. It connects Everyone Time to my bike and tablet (which is something my Apple Watch didn’t always do)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE
I ordered a treadmill and was extremely excited to receive it as I got it on sale during the Memorial Day sale. I waited from mid-May until July 3rd for it to be “lost in transit” and delayed again. After the several customer service calls throughout the 2 months I waited no one could give me a straight answer about when I would receive it and after it was lost in transit there was no answer to when I would be sent a replacement so I eventually canceled almost 3 months after placing my order.

Love the bike. The mirror
Love the bike. The mirror needs to offer more like the fit pass does. Need more and different Zumba classes. I like more choices and up date like on demand classes with the mirror.

Good equipment mediocre app
App needs aot of work. Tons of glitches. Biggest pet peeve is the heart rate monitor not connecting and not being able to see the leaderboard

Customer service tried to lie
Customer service tried to lie and say i didnt have an extended warranty. Then when they found out I did, they sent me a replacement belt and have still yet to contact me about scheduling a tech to come and replace it. I wouldnt recommend the company soley on the horrible customer service.

The options available are terrific
The options available are terrific and give me multiple areas to exercise in. I enjoy the feedback once I've completed the sessions as well. Being able to track my journey makes it fun and rewardable to see the results.

I was a little frustrated
I was a little frustrated with customer service in the beginning, but I really love the row machine and the trainers!

If it wasn't for echelon
If it wasn't for echelon and especially Nicole Griffin I would have walked away from my fitness goals like so many times before. I'm now down 45lbs, done nearly 250 rides and still going. The bikes are great and instructors amazing. The site is simple and easy to navigate only thing I would change is some sort of marker for classes we've completed.

Solid equipment but needs a few tweaks
I love the actual functionality of the rower, but I definitely have a few remarks. The required membership to use the classes is a bit much. The classes aren't in HD, and the content and sound is really limited. Other 'cons' are the stabilization of the monitor, which can become loose after some strong rows. It will drop even though we have tightened it with the allen wrench correctly. Pros - smooth row, plus adjusting the resistance on the handle is wonderful. And it's quiet and very easy to place in an upright position.

Wish there was more of a start here and continue here! A lot to chose from which is good! Like do rowing and then exercise program.
