I love the choice of classes to take and also just enjoying a scenic ride.

Bike works great. Easy set up. People commented on how the tightness adjuster didn't work. We found out that you have to turn it several times for it to kick in, but once it does it adjusted fine. Great Bike so far!! Thanks Gary

Best treadmill I’ve ever used!

It took a while to get a hold of the right person to help me. But once I did. They fixed the issue and I am back up and cycling.

Every interaction we have had with Echelon has been fantastic whether it was ordering new gear, equipment or even getting celebration items. When we had an issue with our bike a replacement part was promptly sent and the customer service was fantastic in helping us fix the issue. We cannot say enough good things about Echelon as a whole.

I can't say enough about Echelon and how great they are with customer service, follow-up and follow-through, and how they strive to keep us all happy!

The larger seat should be an option at the time of purchase. The larger seat was easy to install and is more comfortable to sit on if needed. The

FedEX did a terrible job with handling the package and delivery, but I was glad there was no damage. The website was actually easy to navigate and use and the order process was fairly simple. I applied for the credit and that was approved and easy to set up and get going.

I've had my Echelon bike for 2 years now and I still love it! The instructors, the community and the badges keep me coming back every day. Plus, Echelons customer service is amazing and goes above and beyond!

I ordered the stride treadmill. Wonderful! Exactly what it says it is, no deviations from the description of the product. I'm 5'4" and 165lbs. I can walk and run without issue. Speed and incline are placed well, on right and left handle bars. It's a little finicky to start- I can press the start button like 3 or 4 times before it starts going. Odd, but easily overlooked once it starts up. Shipping was a joke. Took almost a month to get my tread. Customer service was not bad really, just not all that helpful. They did always respond it was just generic " so sorry for your issues" type stuff. Once it did ship, fedex called to confirm my ship date. That was nice. All in all, I'm very happy! Frustrating to get in but thrilled with the actual tread :)

I did make sure to update my app on the bike before riding. Jama is AMAZING!! The sound quality was good and music was great! I liked listening to the oldies while chillin' on my ride. Thank you for all you do. Your hard work and dedication to making Echelon great has not gone unnoticed by this 'vintage but still savage' girl.

The streaming now is much better than before. I usually plan my work outs for the week by checking the schedule. I could see the cycling schedule; however, I can not see the fit pass one. It only gives me the current day not the whole week. I don't see heart rate zone classes. They were my favorite. If you could bring them back please. I like 45 minutes classes or more. I see you offer more of the 20 minutes. I understand some riders like to do 2 or more classes a day. My schedule doesn't allow me to work out more than 1 class. Because of the, I prefer longer classes. I am still having a trouble sending a high five to others on the LB. I understand it's not the biggest issue. Nonetheless, i enjoy sending them and receiving it. I am not sure who should I turn to. I love the check mark you have created to mark the finished classes. It's a great way to track my progress.
