The order was packaged and shipped perfectly. Boxes were labeled clearly and directions were very helpful. For ease and safety watch the installation videos prior to install. Product is well built and looks great.

The cabinets are very nice looking but I experienced a few annoying quality issues such as 1) shelf pin hole pattern not the same on side panels, 2) similar issue with drawer sliding brackets and 3) hole misalignment between top/bottom panels and side panels.

Sales team was great prior to placing the order. Product arrived neatly stacked in a pallet with no damages. Love the quality of the cabinets, I will be adding to my set up in the future!

Garage cabinets.

Delivery was not as promised per website, it is taking much longer. The new delivery date is when I will not be available For 10 days which I was trying to avoid by selecting a date when I knew I would be here, now I am in a pickle! I’m calling the freight company but they hand the items off to another delivery provider so it is getting complicated to resolve. I think the website needs to be updated to provide more realistic estimate on delivery. I’ve used Easy Closets to build about 10 closets over many years and am always happy with the customer service, online ability to design, installation and end result. Great company overall.

I love the online configuration tool. I have used it previously for my closets, but this was the first time for my garage. The assembly is pretty straight forward, but having a buddy available is a plus. Depending on design (overall size, number of drawers, etc.) it can be a large DIY project. Please note to double check the item description. I had a tall cabinet which showed 4 shelves in the diagram, but it is only shipped with 3. The description is correct, but I was expecting an additional shelf based on the picture (my fault). Overall, I have been very pleased with my experience. A big upgrade to any closet or garage. I love the additional storage space since I moved and only have a 2 car garage now! See before and after pics.

Very solid cabinets. One box was lost in shipment, but a replacement was immediately shipped.

I am thrilled with my EasyGarage installation! The website platform made it easy to design my new garage. Packaging and shipping was incredible! Not a single piece was damaged in transit. My order was a large one, and so it was shipped on two large pallets via freight. I did not pay enough attention to contacting EasyGarage about delivery, and found that the freight company could not get their enormous semi to my house. I had to meet them and transfer the pallets to a U-Haul. And the two enormous pallets had to be disposed of -- not an easy chore! Otherwise, shipping and packaging was superb. Everything went together really well. One suggestion for a different approach concerned the large cabinet doors. These are heavy, and the recommended approach is to assemble both parts of each hinge, attach that assembly to the door, and then attach the door to the cabinet. This is awkward. I found it much easier to attach the two hinge pieces to the door and to the cabinet respectively, and then to lock the door side hinge piece into the cabinet side hinge piece. Related to this is the near impossibility of adjusting the door vertically as instructed -- three hinges tend to lock themselves in place preventing vertical adjustments while the door is hanging. To make the adjustment required removing the door from the cabinet (the hinges are designed to come apart this way) and then adjusting the vertical direction of each part of the cabinet hinge and then putting the door back in place. This worked well, and is what gave me the idea of assembling this way in the first place. Another minor hassle: The cardboard template for installing drawer glides was mistaken for packaging material in the hardware box and discarded. I called for support, they quickly and correctly suggested my error and sent me a new template. Apparently it happens a lot! They also sent a pdf with dimensions so I could make my own. But perhaps better packaging would alert the end-user not to discard the piece...

Design on the website was a snap, as this was my second project with the company. I needed some assistance with the first one, which was readily available. Shipment was received on the day specified and delivered into our garage. Assembly was straightforward except for a missing template. Customer service fixed that with a PDF immediately. Very sturdy and great looking addition. Happy campers here.

Hi quality cabinets. I ordered (4) 30"X23.25" cabinets with doors. The boxes are well made and easy to assemble. Mounting to the wall was easy. The adjustable legs height was great as I had an 1.5" drop from the 1st cabinet to the 4th cabinet. Took me about 1 hour per cabinet to install (out of the box and complete on the wall). Extra screws and pins were greatly appreciated!

Ordered back on 5/18 and there has been no communication since other than to ask for a review of a product that has not arrived or been confirmed shipped. Probably want to ask for a review after it has arrived.

Very easy to install and come with good directions.

We really enjoy your product. And love the concept. But the delivery needs some attention. The pallets are huge. heck we got two large pallets delivered and the delivery folks wouldn't put them in the Garage. I don't understand that type of service. If you could improve something, it would be the delivery of your product to it's final destination.

This is my second purchase from Easy Closets/Garage and I have to tell you that working with Dimitri made it SO easy for me to create great professional looking storage for my garage. When we purchased our house, the garage had acceptable storage but after 2 years we could tell that they were poorly made and were starting to warp. The units we purchased are made of strong material that I am confident will last for a very long time! My husband and I put up the units and found everything easily understandable, labeled and all the pre-fab holes matched the others so installation was a breeze. Thanks you Dimitri and Easy Garage for making my project so easy.

We recently downsized and purchased our retirement home. We designed, installed and organized all of our closets and the result was fantastic! Our next challenge was our garage. We really needed help to get everything in since our old garage was 3.5 cars and the new house has a standard 2 car. The designer worked with us and developed a great plan. We built it out in 2 days and could not be happier! We have never been so organized! Thank you!

This product is excellent....heavy duty yet attractive....excellent video installation instructions! Communications on tracking and delivery were a challenge....and it took a month to receive. Give them credit for operating during the pandemic......and would have been a 5 star if their communication on tracking and delay were accurate.....HIGHLY recommend this product and will buy again.

The entire process was a great experience. From the start of getting a quote the same day I inquired, To on schedule appointment and installation. All were professional, efficient . I highly recommend these guys for your garage storage needs.

Fairly easy to assemble, even by an old guy with moderate (at best) skills, limited strength, and poor close vision. It was time consuming at first, but it speeds up when you get familiar and more confident, especially after the stack of boxes gets smaller. I didn’t have enough space to place the boxes for each cabinet in a separate pile. I also didn’t feel like moving that much weight. Instead, I labelled the edges, and schlepped each box over to my working surface as I needed it. Speaking of which, my wife had saved a roll of unused dense carpeting, about 40” wide and ten feet long. It was the perfect work surface on the floor. The instructions were clear, much better than trying to assemble something from IKEA, and the videos online were also helpful. Because of the pandemic, I had only the assistance of my wife. I was able to move cabinets on my own, or with her help, but it took some improvisation to hold the base cabinets from slipping away from the wall before the screws were installed in the cleats. The cabinets will sustain minor damage to the veneer if they slip down the wall. I used a four-foot-long 2x8 board to hold the feet in place, with my knees on the board, until I installed one or two screws in the bottom cleat. This was not a complete cure, as you have to level the cabinet before installing the screws, and the cabinets slipped several times during that process. Your skills may be better, or you may have a helper hold the cabinet in place. Ultimately, I managed to use a couple of trigger clamps to anchor the next cabinet to the one already mounted. The trigger clamps are essential to screwing multiple cabinets together, and to mounting the work surface. The veneer will flake if you rub the edge upward. As mentioned, this was a problem when mounting base cabinets, as the feet would slip forward on my garage floor and as the cabinet slid down the wall the back edge would flake a little. the quality of the cabinet seems to be good. However I had no idea I had to do the entire assembly. There was no mention of this in the description of the product.

I am very pleased with my EasyGarage cabinets. I broke the project into two orders. Everything shipped on time, was carefully packaged and arrived with no damage. And, except for 2 speciality screws and a door handle everything was there. The missing items were quickly and efficiently sent to me after a call to customer service. All in all I am extremely pleased with the end product and will recommend EasyGarage to my friends.
