The ordering was easy, we had problems when we wanted to return legs, as EasyGarage did not have length that we need available (7”). Quality of the cabinet material is also concerning: it chips off and cracks on corners way too easy. As compared with other sellers like IKEA, assembled product in EasyGarage case is not aligned as well (the panels do not stick together close enough to close all the gaps).

Looking forward to adding these in our Second garage!

Our order came in generally on time. I was suspicious about the condition because the packaging off the truck was not in good shape, the original pallet was destroyed and the shipping company put it on another pallet to handle it. But the individual parts were packed so well everything was good and undamaged. The assembly instructions were clear and complete. Make sure you get

These are really nice cabinets. The online planner works well. It took me a while to figure it out but once I did it works great. It is nice to be able to mix and match parts and see how they all work together. The assembly instructions are easy to follow and once I did one I did not need the instructions. One word of caution - once the parts are put together they do not come apart. So just be careful on that part. Once the cabinets are assembled they are fairly easy to mount to the wall. The cabinets only have front legs so a helper is important at the part. Don’t mount doors or install drawers until the boxes are installed. Highly recommend an electric drill/screwdriver for assembly. Much nicer quality than the Swedish cabinet kits. Expect a lot of packing material.

Customer support, Roz was instrumental in seeing my project was complete before I ordered. Items were well packaged against damage. 51 boxes and nothing amiss. Quality components and ease of assembly. Looks great in my garage.

Overall I am satisfied with the product and service. I did have a problem with a shelf that was never correctly resolved. In the end I modified the cabinet to accept the incorrect shelf. I ahem used both Easy Closet and Easy Garage for projects and will do do in the future. They are responsive to issues and frankly I was surprised that this shelf issue was never correctly remedied. I guess everyone has a bad day.

Quality is good and I'm happy with the finished product, but I was missing a top and bottom piece from a cabinet and had to wait a week for replacement. Customer service was good, but still kept the process from being a speedy build. I wish I had been able to put my car in the garage that week during a snow storm!

Ordering was easy and Scott was a great help checking the design and order. All three pallets had fork lift damage. Two of them were minor and I can live with them. The third pallet had a drawer that was beyond repairing. The customer service department immediately reordered and sent a replacement. The product is excellent and easy to assemble. The price is at the high end of the comparable companies, so I wait for your sales. I am a repeat customer, ordering your cabinets many times.

Some boxes were damaged during shipping. But I didn't see any damage to the product. Also I didn't notice and your website anywhere that said we had to put the cabinets together I believed that they came pre-assembled and I just had to install them not put them together. If there is such an area I may have overlooked that part. Otherwise the qualities looks good

Love the new garage. Only thing I would suggest is more verity of accessories.

Customer service was not responsive to my inquiry to exchange 2 pieces from an order. Also, I received from Estes 3-4 wood drawers that I did not request. Estes was the company used for shipping the first order.

Website was easy to use but I had a question about size. I called, got a very friendly customer service rep that walked me through it very easily. Delivery arrive as expected with no damaged to it. Installed by a handyman in two hours and it looks great!
