I had to pay customs fees for a 15 euros purchase.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, heute wurde meine Bestellung zugestellt. Aber ein Spielzeug in der Verpackung war kaputt. Mein Sohn hat sein Hand gebrochen und ich wollte ihn mit seinem Lieblingsspielzeug erfreuen. Aber er ist enttäuscht. Ich möchte gerne einen Ersatz oder Geldrückgabe bekommen. Vielen Dank im Voraus.
