It said it would be delivered within 5 days, it has been almost 3 weeks and no sign of the package

I believe that I was "ripped off" by you. The picture was clearly a box of cards but the actual item was only 10 cards. You charged £3,75 for delivery for a package that was no more than the size of a letter and could have probably been sent for the cost of a second class postage stamp. I will never use your company again and hope no-one else does.

I ordered for 80€ and got nothing shipped to Germany. So far also No answer from the Support Team.
