Both helmets we received were damaged (scratched and chipped right out of the box brand new). We ended up receiving a discount and just kept the original damaged helmet. The customer service was prompt and professional.

Mesh seems ok. The quality of the sidewall strings is not great the strands have a hard time staying together even after burning the ends. As I was stringing the stick the strings would snag and pull. I also thought I was getting 4 cut side walls it was just one long piece which was fine. I do like the thick shooting string as those are hard to find but the metal end makes it hard to put through some holes in the head and would probably have to be cut off anyways. Seems a waste to have the metal end on the shooter. The strings all look good I just think the sidewall strings are the worst I have used so far. All in all it did the job.

I like the stick but it did come with a chip in the shaft which is annoying for the price of it. And it shakes and rattles but I don’t know who’s fault that is or how to fix it But overall it was good. Arrived early and fast!

The staff was amazing and the service was excellent. They have a great selection of merchandise as well.
