We're regular happy customers at the Smithtown location of Lacrosse Unlimited. Recently, I brought in three heads to get strung/restrung. Jacob helped us with that and also adjusted the pocket on my son's primary defensive head that he was complaining wasn't performing as expected. He did that adjustment in 15 minutes because we needed it for practice, and we picked up the other ones two days later. Great service and advice.
