I went to the LU store in the Charlotte area to pick up goalie mesh, stringers, and top strings for my son for him to restring his goalie heads. The manager, Keith, was extremely helpful, personable, and gave great recommendations. The store was clean and intensely organized. We were in the area visiting from the west coast. The Charlotte location will be a must visit for when we are in the area!

tighter than the original maybe?

Gloves seem high quality. Used the size guide but were too small on arrival. Exchanging for larger size. Fairly simple exchange process

Absolutely goated

What I needed

Easy process from ordering to payment to delivery. . arrived on time without issues and recipient loves it!

Was easy to order. Prompt delivery.

I had an Cascade XRS PRO and loved it except as a sight challenged individual putting on the helmet with glasses was a major challenge to the point I often just played with out and didn’t best I could with the blurry images I was seeing. One I learned about the Z’s flip up mask I was in. My first game with the helmet was awesome! I could see! Fit and comfort were as expected from Cascade and my drip was on point for my first beer league lacrosse game in Tacoma. Thank you Cascade for finally helping us visually challenged players to be able to put glasses on and off with the greatest of ease!

I didn’t talk to anyone but the product arrived and that’s a plus on fulfillment

Very happy with quality and delivery.

Quick shipping-- great quality

Excellent quality, perfect for my daughters Travel & High School competitions, she loves it!

Great

Great deal and quick shipping.

Great company!

Overall there are lots of parts to the helmet in the kit. However I purchased it for the snaps that the chin strap clips snap onto that are on the helmet itself. Also saw that part on the new cascade having broken most often on my teams helmets as the rivets didn’t hold. However I only received 3 parts that screw into the backing of the helmet itself in my hand. 1 was already used in helmet repair. So didn’t even have 4 to replace all 4 on a single helmet if each had broken. However there is like 20+ backing pieces to be screwed into. This made it limited in how many parts I can fix when it comes to the snaps. Which for the cost is a huge negative.
