The shipping was great, it
The shipping was great, it is a larger box, but it fits up my normal sized stairs with another person helping push it up, while I pull. The sale person allowed me to sit on the sample chair for hours at the show room, which I appreciate since I want to be absolutely certain that the chair works. The nice thing is that the feel of the new chair is identical to the one in the showroom. The color selection for the fabric is nice too.

The HM agent I worked
The HM agent I worked with was great. We went back and forth quite a few times and eventually got the exchange done. The loss of a star was for how long delivery took for the chair. The communication seemed to break down once the order was placed. I never knew when the chair was going to arrive, and I reached out to the company a couple times to follow up, and was given a loose time frame. Needless to say, I was surprised to return home and find a giant box upside down on my porch with no notice. Thankfully I live in a safe neighbourhood. I would say my experience with HM is a 3.5/5

Shipping was terrible. One person arrived, we had to help the driver carry in the item and when I called on this, no one cared, she wasn't sympathetic. On top of this the wrong color top was sent, we cancelled the entire order and will not order from HM again. Lesson learned.

as a company, you did
as a company, you did great at the end in resolving my issue with a horrible return chair process. but it took several emails, phone calls and escalation to leadership to get it resolved. End of the day, i have a chair that looks great, but doesn't solve my inital problem of wanting something that would help prolonged seating.
