When trying to return, I got the run-around treatment. Had to email multiple different people. Eventually got it sorted out. Should be more straight forward.

The chair arrived fully assembled and ready to use once removed from the box.

The lamp took months finally for me to receive it. During those months, there was no communication from HM informing me of the status of my order. This was about tte worst experience I have had with the many online sellers with which I have had experience.

Great website allowed me to research the products and compare options. They were communicative after the order, but not excessively. Chair arrived in a few days, which was quicker than what I was expecting.

Great chair, comfortable, sturdy

I noted a smudge on the top of the laminate surface on the Eames table that was permanent. I emailed HM, and was delighted that a replacement would be shipped. The replacement table is perfect. Shipping was without issue and the customer service was superb.

I had difficulty paying with my credit card, but once that challenge was over, the shipping went smoothly.
