I have the nevi sit to stand electric desk and there is just no way one can put this desk together or disassemble it. It is SO complicated unlike any other desk which you can assemble and disassemble yourself following clear step by step picture and video instructions. There is no video on the internet from HM that shows step by step process for its products set up and the paper instructions are so poorly written! I had to get their team to come assemble it for me and now I have to call them again to disassemble it as I am changing rooms and the desk is too big to make it though the door. You have to use their agents to come and do the assembly/disassembly which is crazy as they charge $300 for that. I paid $2000 for this desk and now I need to pay $300 for someone to disassemble it as I cannot understand the anatomy of their desks! TOO COMPLICATED! How is $300 even a quote to pull a table apart??? CRAZY!! After sales service cost is too high and unreasonable - HM needs to do better and fix reasonable rates with their service agents. Please also make a clear video on how to assemble and disassemble your desks so your customers can just do it themselves without paying agents! Very expensive desks, good quality, good service but just too complicated and hard to maintain yourself.

Careful what you purchase because there is no refunds with this lot.

I gave myself a couple months to write this review to give a benefit of the doubt. For paying the sticker price of the chair and waiting over two months for deliver, I am disappointed with the quality of the chair. The plastic constantly makes a creaking sound when I use the arm rest. When I move my legs to reposition myself, it also creaks. The cushioning on the seat is very nice, especially around the knee/lower thigh, but there is absolutely no comfort in the back. I understand it is meant to promote good posture, but I cannot stand the spine of the chair clashing with my own spine. It ultimately does more harm then good as I try to avoid using the back to its full potential. I can't believe I spent the sticker price I paid for to wait 60 days and have creaks and back/spine discomfort..

Service was good enough to consider another HM product after my Vantum chair was an abysmal introduction to the brand.

The whole process was seamless and easy. The shipping of the chair was faster than expected.
