Shipping took longer than expected; it showed a 1-2 week lead time at time of order and on my order confirmation and arrived 5 weeks or so later. It was over the holidays so extra time is understandable, i just wish there was communication around it so I wasn't left guessing when it would arrive.

I’m so happy to have found dutton|brown. Their customer service is top notch and they make really beautiful lighting. We recently bought a chandelier, pendants and an overhead vanity type light for our kitchen reno and the lighting complements our space beautifully. The lights came on time and were packaged perfectly. Our electricians said they were well made and easy to install. We were so pleased that we recently placed an order for another chandelier for a loft space.
