I had a great experience! I emailed with a question and got a kind, thoughtful response. Before ordering the light, we ordered the color/metal samples, which arrived quickly. The light was packed well and arrived in the timeline indicated when ordering. Overall, very pleased!

This Fall I purchased the ‘Color Pilot Flush Mount 47"’ in Riding Hood Red as part of a “kitchen refresh”. I can confidently state that it was the single best part of the project. The red is just exceptional. It looks like an Ellsworth Kelly piece. Beyond satisfied.

Shipping took longer than expected; it showed a 1-2 week lead time at time of order and on my order confirmation and arrived 5 weeks or so later. It was over the holidays so extra time is understandable, i just wish there was communication around it so I wasn't left guessing when it would arrive.
