I have a device- Neck Pain Pro. It worked for many years until the gel ran out. Then I bought Skin Moisturizing Condгctive Gel on your website. But unfortunately, it doesn't work. The pulses are very weak, practically nothing happens even when turned up to full power. With the gel I bought the device with, it was already painful at position 3. Could you explain this situation and what to do? I wrote to the company's email, but no one responded.

The leg exerciser feels good on my legs when I use it. Recently I have had cramps in my calves at night when I am trying to sleep; I don't know if they are caused by my use of the exerciser. I have difficulty getting the heat remote control to work.

The machine action really seems to be activating the circulation in my feet and legs. I suffer from neuropathy and find walking difficult. The remote did not work and we cannot get it to work so that is disappointing.
