I have Transverse Myelitis (T9 AIS-C incomplete paraplegia) and still have a more significant weakness and paralysis on my right side. A full #5 is required in order to stimulate the right side which is too high for the left. Leaving the left side dry makes #5 barely tolerable. A dual control would make this a 6 star.

I have a device- Neck Pain Pro. It worked for many years until the gel ran out. Then I bought Skin Moisturizing Condгctive Gel on your website. But unfortunately, it doesn't work. The pulses are very weak, practically nothing happens even when turned up to full power. With the gel I bought the device with, it was already painful at position 3. Could you explain this situation and what to do? I wrote to the company's email, but no one responded.
