Gel sticks to you when they are removed after using. Most of the gel has come off after used twice.

The massage part of the is very effective on both neck and shoulders. It also works on legs and arms too. The heat part is ineffective - it doesn’t come close enough to the neck to feel any heat, even when turned up. The massager is a great to use between actual massages with a person.
