I purchased a triple action, back belt and find that it works well as far as temporary relief of pain symptoms. The power pack does not shut off after use and after forgetting to shut it off several times has resulted in excess battery drain. it should shut off automatically after each use, like several other devices that I have. Also the Velcro is very fine and not strong enough and seems to slip open.

I would like to mention that this rep was very professional and knows their stuff. They were very polite and patient with me. They made me feel like a valuable customer!! Thanks again Ferdinand!!
