Didn’t receive goods on time at lower price so Dr Franks tried to say I should have to repurchase at higher increased price. Yet it was their fault they didn’t deliver my order as I’d paid them in plenty on time. So they gave me a refund at the lower priced I’d paid but said I had to re-buy the same product at a hundred pound more.

I have paid over £500 weeks ago & still have not received my prescription!! And then you ask how am I getting on?

Cancelled subscription took over 3 weeks to approve - which I didn’t mind. The issue was when it arrived the box was open and everything was warm so not usable , very disappointing service

Awful customer service. Complaint to follow. 3 pens ordered only 1 received. Huge delays and no communication, when there is communication it is wrong. Absolutely appalling.

Dr Franks offers an excellent service - I have been with them over 2. 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else as I know I'm in safe hands

Awful company. No empathy for your weight loss journey! Ordered overdue and so expensive compared to other pharmacies; gone way way down hill since June!
