Be prepared for a delay in receiving Mounjaro. So order handy. The online process is excellent, although mounjaro is slightly more expensive than I can get it elsewhere. The nhs discount only applied to the first one.

Prices have inflated so much for mounjaro probably the most expensive supplier and the delivery time was almost 3-4 weeks

I made two order one was delivered and I was told the other can not be delivered because the order was one day apart. I need my refund up till now I haven't received my refund yet. Yesterday I wake up and another money has been deducted from my account for another order. I called to cancel the order but I was told I can not cancel because it is a subscription which I didn't sign up for. I then ask if is a subscription why am I ben charge differently from my previous order. I don't get it. Hmmm. I was told I will get a refund and I am still waiting. I am not a happy customer at all. normally I will not give give back but this is ridiculous. It been a month and still waiting for my refund.

Would have given 0 starts if possible, didn’t realise I had signed up to a subscription untill they automatically increased the dose without contact and took payment twice, tried to contact over a week via phone no answer and no return call from voice message, also emailed no reply but set automatic reply. I had to ask for my money back through pay pal, also the second payment they took they refused to refund even though they hadn’t sent the pen they charged me for. In the end waited 3 weeks for the pen to come that they took the money for so had to order from another company so ended up paying double, did get after 3 weeks of waiting, avoid like the plague

I signed up for a subscription with Dr Franks and it took multiple points of contact and a month after purchase before I finally was told the correct information about progressing my order, including a call to verify my prescription. In the call to them although they finally arranged my prescription they told me I would have to pay £30 per month if I wanted any further prescriptions on top of the already increased prices
