The Worst Provider Out There
They are a disorganised, non-customer caring and shambolic mess. Order still not arrived and need help? No reply. Close your subscription and they won't leave you alone. If they weren't selling Mounjaro they would be selling cheap double glazing or diesel claims. Do not use them.

I am writing to formally
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding several issues with my medication orders and billing. In June, I resumed my treatment and purchased a single 2. 5 mg pen. However, I was mistakenly charged for three pens on my credit card. Despite sending three emails requesting cancellation and correction, I received no resolution and ultimately had to dispute the charge directly with my credit card provider. In July, a new pen was sent to me without my placing an order, and I refused delivery via Royal Mail. I informed your team of this at the time, yet my credit card has continued to be charged for medication I neither purchased nor received. In August, due to a price increase, I decided to purchase another pen and updated my payment method to direct debit. I kindly request a full review of my account, reimbursement for any incorrect charges, and confirmation that no further automatic shipments or charges will be made without my explicit consent. Never received pen said it was delivered when I was away on holiday!! It was a week late for delivery!! Dr franks ain’t interested in helping and royal mails taking ages I just want my 180£ back !!

Ordered monjaro, was sent tablet and was told this was discussed in consultation but yet never had a consultation I’ve sent countless messages and emails asking to return the tablets and get a refund. Whenever I mention a refund I’m completely ignored.
