Initially, I found it difficult because they insisted I send my picture, and I'm not very confident using a computer. However, the issue was eventually resolved, and I was able to start my treatment successfully.

The follow up on the monthly packages has not been great. The new pens are not approved on time, which leads to breaking up the dose cycle.

A constant battle to get pen. Dont bother

Took ages to get first order, have had no contact to check in as to how things are going other than the same questionnaire sent three times in the past week asking for my weight and if I want to up my dosage.

I have a broken needle that came with my order, i haven’t been able to complete my dose because of this I need assistance with ordering extra needles so i can complete the dose.

would not recommend this company. My first two prescriptions took two weeks to arrive, which is far too long, and they clearly do not dispatch orders on time. I also contacted them after my GP advised me to stop using Mounjaro. I emailed to cancel my subscription, but instead of pausing it, they charged me and sent another pen the very next day. This shows a complete disregard for customer wellbeing and instructions — it feels like all they care about is taking your money rather than providing proper service or support.

poor communication, they never dispatch the next pen in time and you have to essentially beg for it for them to send it in the first place .
