I love my Doxie Go. I have told several other people about it, and they've also bought it. Recently I was having an issue with the edges not scanning properly on some old documents. I reached out to customer support and they quickly responded and offered to send me scanning sleeves, free of charge, which worked out perfectly.

Love my Doxie Pro. The get started tutorial was quick and helpful, software is user friendly and easy to use, customer service and experience followup has been great. Are Doxie products the cheapest? No. But they are the best and definitely worth it.

I am absolutely floored by how great the customer service was! The battery in my 2018 Doxie had swelled inside the unit during the pandemic years when it sadly did not find much use. This meant that I couldn't replace the battery, and sadly without holding a charge the unit would no longer work. I was all but prepared to eat the cost of having to have the unit repaired (or worse, to buy a new one), but then you've replaced it for free! Sunshine and Lanie were also so incredibly nice and friendly with their communications with me... honestly even though I no longer need it, I'd probably look into purchasing an extra battery anyway just so I could give something in return! Keep up the amazing work!
